WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING IS ALL ABOUT

Personal training at Lift Fitness + Nutrition is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you. One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you. We can also offer nutritional support through the assistance of a registered dietician to help you achieve optimal health. You’ll work one-on-one with your trainer to ensure your goals are understood, your plan aligns with those goals, and that you’re making progress toward those goals throughout your sessions. One of the best features of our Personal Training is that we work around YOUR schedule. Whether you want to work out in the middle of the day, early in the morning, or late in the evening, we will find a trainer who can work with you and your schedule. You can purchase individual sessions, or you can purchase packages of sessions. Your coach will help you identify which option might be best for you, based on your goals, your availability, and your budget.

Packages start at:
30-minute session – $30 per session
45-minute session – $45 per session
1-hour session – $60 per session

If you’re interested in a small group session, we can make that happen, too! Let us know when you sign up that you’d like to share your training time with a friend or family member.
