Group Classes

WHAT GROUP CLASSES ARE ALL ABOUT

Our group classes are motivational, supportive, and, most of all, fun! Every class is led by a professional and experienced coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). Along with CrossFit and BootCamp, we offer Les Mills BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyCombat, Les Mills Sprint, Les Mills RPM, and Zumba. Each class is professionally planned and programmed to help you achieve results. Group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you! Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals. Your coaches will demonstrate every movement and every movement’s modification. We will recommend a variation that will ensure you’re getting a great workout at an intensity and skill level appropriate for you! Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We can replace that movement with something else. We are here to help you succeed!

Our group classes are open to anyone – no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. Beginners are welcome in any of our classes and you’ll find people of all backgrounds in every one of our classes.

The first class can be intimidating. It was for all of us! But, you’ll quickly find that you become a part of the Lift Snyder/CFS Fam. The other members of the class will help you through your workouts and help keep you accountable.
