At Lift Snyder, we believe the pursuit of fitness and nutrition is the secret to living a long, healthy, happy life and we aim to provide all the tools you need for that pursuit! We believe in accountability, education, and support as the principles of success and that is exactly what we provide with each and every membership!

Lift Snyder uses a “big picture” view to improve the overall health and fitness of our clients through fitness and nutrition. We provide coaching, education, instruction, support, accountability, and options. At Lift Snyder, we offer so much more than a gym membership. We are providing all the tools, services, and resources that you need to reach your goals.

Our Training Methodology

At Lift Snyder we believe each client is unique, with different goals, fitness levels, schedules, lifestyles, and interests. What each client has in common, however, is that he or she needs fitness and nutrition to live a long and healthy life. Fitness and nutrition is the key to living your best life today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life.

MEET OUR

Fully Qualified Instructors

Friendly, welcoming staff members will be available at the following times to help guide you in the right direction in terms of anything you may need from us! Monday-Thursday 5am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm. Fridays 5am to 2pm and 4pm to 7pm. Saturdays 8am to 11am. Sundays 3pm to 5pm.
